How soon do recently broadcasted poker events get added to the PokerGO library?

Events broadcasted by PokerGO will be available on demand within 24 hours of completion.

Can customers outside the United States access PokerGO?

Yes, PokerGO is a global streaming service accessible to international customers almost anywhere in the world with a high-speed internet connection. PokerGO is currently unavailable in China.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe to PokerGO via PokerGO.com or through the PokerGO mobile app.

On the PokerGO website, navigate to the top-right corner of the page and select the "Subscribe" button. You will be directed to the registration portal where you can select your subscription plan, create your account, complete your billing information, and become a PokerGO subscriber.

On the PokerGO mobile app, click the "More" menu item in the bottom right and then select "Subscribe." Complete the registration process and select your plan to purchase a PokerGO subscription.

What kind of subscription plans do you offer?

PokerGO offers a choice between three subscription plans: Monthly Plan at $19.99/month, 3-Month Plan at $39.99/three months, and Annual Plan at $99.99/year. All PokerGO subscription plans grant full access to all PokerGO video content. All PokerGO subscriptions renew themselves automatically at the end of each term until canceled.

Can I purchase with a currency other than U.S. dollars?

All charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). If purchasing outside the U.S., your bank or credit card may assess a transaction fee.

Does my PokerGO subscription include live PokerGO events?

Yes, your PokerGO subscription includes access to all live poker events that take place during your subscription period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your PokerGO subscription, go to the "My Account Page</a >" and click on "Cancel Subscription." If you run into trouble, please email the PokerGO support team at support@pokergo.com.

How do I cast to my TV?

If your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV, then you can likely cast from your mobile device to your television. When playing a video using the PokerGO mobile app, the TV icon in the bottom right corner of the video player will display all nearby TV devices eligible for casting.

Why is the video buffering?

We first recommend that you check the speed of your internet connection. Next, it may help to refresh the page or to close and reopen the PokerGO website or app. If the issue persists, please email support@pokergo.com with your device information, web browser (if applicable), and the specific video or videos you are watching when this occurs.

How do I change my account information?

On the PokerGO website, navigate to the top-right corner of the page and select the "Sign In" button to log into your account. Once signed in, select the "Profile" button. You will then see options to update your name, password, and billing information if you purchased PokerGO via our website.
